RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

✧ Returns and refunds are hassle-free when you shop with BD'House Jewels.
✧ We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
✧ To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
✧ To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dhousejewels.com within 30 days of delivery.
✧ As all our designs are handcrafted, all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover labor and production costs.
If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning, resizing, or repair (or is otherwise not in resale condition), a higher restocking fee may apply based on the required work.
EXCHANGE POLICY
✧ If you wish to exchange your jewelry, the full value of your original purchase will be applied toward a new item of equal or greater value.
✧ The replacement piece must be available for purchase at the time of exchange.
✧ Exchanges are limited to one exchange per item and must be requested within 20 days of receiving your order.
✧ The same production and processing time mentioned on the product page will apply to the new piece.
✧ Store credit from exchanges cannot be used for future purchases beyond the current exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Warranty Limitations & Important Information
✧ Center / Focal Stones
Our warranty does not include free replacement of lost or damaged center (focal) stones. We recommend insuring your jewelry for added protection. If a one-of-a-kind stone becomes damaged, we will do our best to replace it with a comparable stone; however, color, shape, or type may vary depending on availability. Replacement of center stones is subject to additional cost.
✧ Shipping & Customs
Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repairs. Please note: customers are also responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
✧ Repair Fees After Two Years
All repair work is complimentary within the first two years of ownership (excluding center stone replacement). After two years, a nominal labor fee may apply depending on the nature of the repair.
✧ Normal Wear & Tear
Fine jewelry worn daily may experience natural wear over time. Our specialists will carefully evaluate your piece and inform you if repairs exceed normal wear, along with any associated material or labor costs.
✧ Physical Damage
Physical damage is not covered under warranty. However, we are happy to provide repair solutions at reasonable service fees.
✧ Authorized Repairs Only
Please send your jewelry directly to D'House Jewels for all repairs and resizing. Our warranty becomes void if the piece is altered, resized, or repaired by another jeweler.
Ring Resizing Policy
✧ One complimentary resizing (±1 size) is available within the first year of purchase, depending on the ring design (solitaire or half-eternity styles).
